Static website operation
This website is delivered as static HTML, CSS, JavaScript and image files. It does not contain a public account system, online payment, database-driven contact form or document-upload portal. The website code supplied in this version does not install third-party advertising or behavioural analytics scripts.
The hosting provider may maintain ordinary security and access logs such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested URL under its own infrastructure and policies. Those server operations are not controlled through the visible page code.

Direct contact
If you use telephone, WhatsApp or email links, your communication is handled by the selected telecommunications, messaging or email service and by the recipient. Share only what is necessary for an initial conflict and urgency assessment.
Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, private keys, seed phrases, complete device backups, unrestricted cloud folders or another person's confidential data without a lawful basis and an agreed secure method.

Legal documents and retention
Documents received for an enquiry may be reviewed to assess identity, conflict, subject, urgency and potential engagement. If no engagement begins, do not assume indefinite retention or formal custody. If engagement begins, document handling and retention follow the matter's professional and legal requirements.
Preserve your own originals and authoritative copies. Sending a file does not transfer responsibility for a court deadline, statutory response, appeal or evidence preservation unless that responsibility has been expressly accepted.

External official sources
The site links to courts, India Code, the Directorate of Enforcement, Ministry of External Affairs, Department of Revenue, CBI, SFIO and other official services. Opening those links sends a request to the external website, which may collect technical or account information under its own privacy terms.
WhatsApp, telephone and email links similarly open external applications. Review their settings before sharing sensitive matter information.

For a privacy question connected with this website, email ankitsingh.legum@gmail.com and identify the page or communication involved. Do not include unnecessary case merits in a privacy request.
Security incidents or suspected impersonation should be reported through a second verified channel. Never make payment or disclose credentials solely on the basis of an unverified message using the advocate's name.
